What can you expect the process to be:

Initial Planning: Your builder will guide you through the initial planning phase, discussing essential elements such as electrical work, plan changes, roofing, and more. This ensures that your home is designed to meet your specific needs and preferences.
Selection Appointment: Once the planning phase is complete, you will be invited to a selection appointment. The items available for selection may vary based on the development you have purchased. During this appointment, you will have the opportunity to choose from a range of options, including:

Appliance packages: Select the range, dishwasher, microwave, and hood (if applicable) that best suits your requirements.
Cabinet Door Style, Hardware, and Color: Customize the look and feel of your cabinets with your preferred door style, hardware, and color.
Carpet and Flooring Choices: Choosing between tile, carpet, or luxury vinyl plank for your flooring.
Base Interior Paint: Select the paint color that sets the tone for your home's interior.
