Mike Miller has over 40+ years of experience developing land both commercial and residential. Giving back to his community has shown all who meet him just how big of a heart Mike Miller has for his community and those that reside in Venice, FL.

Chris has been involved in all facets of MPS’s construction and development business. As a founder, he played a key role in early property acquisitions and financing. From 2017 to 2023, he worked in our purchasing department, completing budgets, project management, and awarding contracts to suppliers and subcontractors.  Prior to his work with MPS, Chris spent 10 years selling real estate investments.   

Marc Smith has 30+ years of experience. Here at MPS Construction and Development, we focus on building a quality community. His experience and passion for what he does promote the development of communities in Sarasota County that our clients are proud to call home. 

​Stephanie supervises the quality of our accounting and financial reporting of MPS Development. She is a senior-level executive in our accounting department

Jayne has been a real estate broker in the Venice Area for over 30+ years. She works exclusively with MPS Development and Construction through Pro Group Realty and Property Management.

Tammy Miller designs and furnishes all of MPS Development's model homes. She is also the active manager at Fisherman's Wharf Marina.

Tammy Chatham is our Office Manager. She helps with accounts payable and establishing new subcontractors' insurance forms. She also organizes everything needed in our office and fields communications coming into MPS and PGR. With over 14+ years of experience with MPS, she is family and has a wealth of information on how business is conducted at MPS & PGR. 

Hayley works with Stephanie directly to help and oversee the accounting of MPS Development. She has 25 years working with all aspects of commercial and residential building.   

Rae helps Stephanie here at MPS Development and Construction. She helps make sure all accounts are running smoothly and works to match POs with invoices.

Victoria Dietz is MPS & PGR Design Coordinator. She will work with you when you make all your selections for your new home. She also designs all our spec homes that are built pre-sale. She manages our Design Center and all the product that is in it, she works one on one with our clients to design their dream homes. 

Katelin has joined the MPS team as a permitting and purchasing coordinator. 

Ryan Lindemuth works for MPS Development and Construction on various job sites, filling in where he is most needed. Ryan is a very hard worker and is always there to help.
